GUIDE · PAYOUT EVIDENCE
Do prop firms actually pay? How to check the proof
Some do, and part of it can be checked by anyone. In the Payout Arena you can see the payouts of each prop firm, read on the blockchain. The others are not “proven unpaid”: bank transfers, cards and many Rise payouts simply leave no public trace.
Information only, not financial advice. Trading with leverage carries a high risk of loss, and a challenge fee is a cost you may not recover. Always check the conditions on the prop firm’s official website before buying.
What counts as proof that a prop firm pays?
A payout is proven when money leaves a wallet that the prop firm has published as its own, reaches the trader, and matches a payment the firm itself lists (or an event of its payout contract).
Screenshots, certificates and totals announced on social media are claims. They can be true, but nobody outside the firm can check them.
The evidence scale: P0 to P4
We grade every figure by the strength of its evidence. The level says how solid the proof is, not how good the prop firm is.
- P0Declared
The prop firm or a third party states a figure. We report it with source and date, without confirming it.
- P1External aggregate
Total calculated by an external aggregator, attributed to the source. It is not our own verification.
- P2On-chain outflow
Receipt verified via a public node on a wallet attributed to the prop firm. Not yet classified as a payment to a trader.
- P3Confirmed payout
On-chain outflow matched to a hash or a payment record officially published by the prop firm, or to an event of the payout contract.
- P4Third-party audit
Documented independent review, with stated scope and dates.

What on-chain proof does not show
- A sample is not the total. Most prop firms with confirmed payouts publish a list of hashes. We check those, not every payout they make.
- An outflow is not a payout. Payout wallets also send salaries, affiliate commissions, refunds and internal transfers. Outflows we cannot match stay at P2 and outside every total.
- The Rise ledger is not a transfer. A movement in the Rise internal ledger does not prove that the trader received the money at their own address.
- Off-chain payouts are invisible. Bank transfers and cards leave no public trace. A prop firm without on-chain proof is not necessarily a prop firm that does not pay.
- The past does not bind the future. Terms, payout methods and a firm’s finances can change. Check the current rules before you buy.
How to check a prop firm yourself, in five steps
- Find the payout wallet on the prop firm’s official website, not on a forum or in a screenshot.
- Open a payout hash in a public block explorer (Etherscan, Arbiscan, BscScan…) and check the network, token and amount.
- Check that the sender is the published wallet and that the transaction succeeded.
- Compare the hash with the list of payouts the prop firm publishes, if it has one.
- Read the payout rules (frequency, minimum, profit split, methods) on the official site before you buy, and save a dated copy.
Reading a public wallet never requires a seed phrase or a private key. Anyone who asks for one is not verifying anything.
