HOW WE WORK

How we verify prop firms

Every number has a source. Three simple rules, applied to everything you see on PropArena Studio.

01

From the official website

Challenge prices and rules are copied from the prop firms’ official pages, with the reading date. If a prop firm does not publish a value, we leave it empty.

02

Documented addresses

A wallet is linked to a prop firm only if the firm publishes it and at least two of its payouts confirm it on the blockchain.

03

Reconciled payout

We check network, token, receipt status, block, exact amount and recipient. Reserves and internal movements never become payouts.

The evidence scale

Every number on PropArena carries its level. The level measures the strength of the evidence, not the reliability of the prop firm.

P0

Declared

The prop firm or a third party states a figure. We report it with source and date, without confirming it.

Example: Payment method stated in the official FAQ.
P1

External aggregate

Total calculated by an external aggregator, attributed to the source. It is not our own verification.

Example: Monthly total from a public tracker, with license and citation.
P2

On-chain outflow

Receipt verified via a public node on a wallet attributed to the prop firm. Not yet classified as a payment to a trader.

Example: USDC transfer from the payout wallet published by the prop firm.
P3

Confirmed payout

On-chain outflow matched to a hash or a payment record officially published by the prop firm, or to an event of the payout contract.

Example: Hash listed on the prop firm’s transparency page and reconfirmed on the node.
P4

Third-party audit

Documented independent review, with stated scope and dates.

Example: Report by an external auditor with period and method.

Rise internal ledger: proves a ledger movement, not a transfer to the trader. Outside the scale and the totals. Unclassified on-chain outflows (P2) never count towards payout totals.

Counting rules

Never fill in missing data

An incomplete reading never becomes a total. A connection error keeps the date of the last verification visible.

Exact amounts

Proof keeps the contract’s units and decimals. No exchange-rate estimate is added.

A reserve is not a payout

Top-ups, fees, affiliates and internal transfers are never added to payouts to traders.

A sample is not the full history

A verified receipt proves that transaction. “Verified history” applies only to the stated contract and range.

Cases that need attention

We document limits before growing the numbers.

BlueGuardian

Rise ledger ≠ credit

Ten receipts match the official amounts as Rise ledger events, without a USDC/USDT transfer to the trader.

Ledger and blockchain differ

In the sample some declared dates or amounts differ from the on-chain receipt. We do not count them as verified payouts.

How we make money today

  • PropArena has no revenue today.
  • No prop firm pays us to be listed, for its position or for a rating.
  • No affiliate links and no discount codes of our own: prices are list prices.

What we don’t do

  • We don’t sell ranking positions: the order depends only on the criterion you choose (price, split, target…).
  • We don’t publish anonymous reviews or our own ratings of prop firms.
  • We don’t call an outflow a “payout” unless it is matched to a payment.
  • We don’t ask for seed phrases or private keys: we only read public addresses.

If revenue arrives in the future

Any commercial relationship with a prop firm will be disclosed on this page and next to the affected figure, with its start date. No compensation can affect the comparison order or the evidence level.

Right of reply

A prop firm or a trader who believes a figure is wrong can propose the correct value with the official source from the Account page (challenge, wallet and source proposals). If the report is well founded, we correct the figure and record it in the public corrections log.

Data sources

In the Payout Arena, totals for prop firms covered by Payout Junction come from its public leaderboard; for the other prop firms we use the payment wallets we monitor ourselves.

Why payout trackers don’t agree

The same payouts can add up to very different figures from one site to another. The causes are almost always about method.

CauseWhat happensWhat we do
Different attributed walletsEach tracker decides which addresses belong to a prop firm. One wallet more or less shifts millions. We attribute a wallet only if the prop firm publishes it and at least two of its payments confirm it on-chain.
Outflows that aren’t payoutsPayout wallets also send salaries, affiliate commissions, refunds and internal transfers. Many trackers add them up and label the result a “maximum estimate”.Outflows stay P2, unclassified and outside the totals, until we match them to a published payment (P3).
Rise internal ledgerA movement in the Rise ledger does not prove that the trader received the funds at their own address. The Rise ledger is shown separately and does not count towards the totals.
Different start dates and networksTrackers that started in different months or read different networks have histories that can’t be compared.Every figure carries network, token, block and the range checked.
Off-chain paymentsBank transfers, cards and other methods leave no public trace: no on-chain tracker sees them.We say so in each prop firm’s coverage: an on-chain figure is never the prop firm’s total.
Figures declared by prop firmsSome trackers publish figures supplied by prop firms without checking them.A declared figure stays P0, with source and date, and never becomes a verification.

Corrections log

When we get a figure wrong, we correct it and record it here, with date and source. The log is never deleted.

Independence

PropArena Studio is an independent project. The data shown covers the methods and addresses identified: it does not prove a prop firm’s solvency and does not necessarily represent all its payouts.
